For smaller items, if you’re not at home, delivery will normally be attempted the next working day. Alternatively, if the courier has left a card, or contacted you via SMS or email you can usually reschedule your delivery directly.
For large and fragile orders, our delivery partner should have been in touch to arrange a suitable delivery time, so if you’re not at home at the arranged time there will normally be a redelivery charge to pay. The delivery partner will typically contact you again to arrange a new delivery date, or you may contact our team and we’ll get things sorted.
