We select the best delivery service partner based on the size and fragility of the items you purchase. All delivery partners will make contact with you before delivery, either by SMS, email or telephone. You can find out more about what to expect with your delivery here.
Small (S) or Medium (M) deliveries are handled by DHL Parcel UK, Royal Mail or Evri (unless indicated as ‘delivered direct from our supplier’). DHL Parcel UK, Royal Mail and Evri will provide SMS/email delivery updates, including (in most cases) a 1-hour time slot on the day of delivery.
Large (L) or Palletised (Pallet) deliveries are handled by our specialist delivery partners: BJS, Violet Logistics or Fortec (unless indicated as ‘delivered direct from our supplier’).
The size of your delivery will be indicated by an (S), (M), (L) or (Pallet) showing within the stated delivery method. For example, 'Next Day Delivery (S)', or 'Standard Fragile Delivery (L)'.
If you order multiple products and they are being delivered together, the delivery size will be the largest from the products chosen. For example, if you order a radiator valve (S) and a large radiator (L), your delivery will be Large (L).
You can see the delivery size in the following areas:
1.) On the product page, under the 'add to basket' button
2.) On the product page, under the 'Delivery' tab once you have entered your postcode
3.) Within the checkout process, after you have entered your delivery postcode
4.) On your order confirmation email (if you have purchased via our website)
