Will I be contacted if there's a delay?

Occasionally, the delivery time you’ve been given can change due to unexpected delays or issues. We will update you as soon as we hear about any delays to your order via email.

We have a dedicated Product Solutions Team tasked with sourcing and offering alternatives to help keep your project on track. We will try to offer you an alternative wherever possible. You can also choose to receive a refund or wait for your original item to arrive.
