Most of the items we sell are guaranteed by the manufacturer or brand partner for anywhere between 12 months and ‘lifetime’. The length of guarantee is detailed on the product page on our website. Each manufacturer’s guarantee will be subject to its own terms, conditions and exclusions. In some cases, you’ll need to register your guarantee with the manufacturer. If a fault develops later over the course of the product’s life, it is usually advisable to contact the manufacturer directly and claim under the terms of your guarantee.
As a retailer, it is our responsibility to ensure we sell good quality products that are as-described and fit-for-purpose. You can always get in touch with us directly about a problem you are having, and we’ll do our very best to put things right either directly, or by liaising with the manufacturer on your behalf.
We strongly recommend you do not uninstall faulty items until you have been advised to do so. Products with an apparent fault can often be resolved by replacing the faulty component, or by sending an engineer to investigate. Neither us nor our brand partners will cover refitting or other associated costs where they were avoidable.
