Can I collect my order?
We do offer collections from our Bournemouth warehouse should you need something as quickly as possible and you’re able to travel to us. Just select collection at checkout.
Please note:
We typically have orders ready within 30 minutes. Larger orders may take a bit longer for checking and packing.
You'll need to place your (in stock) order before 4pm to collect the same day, and arrive to collect from the warehouse by 4.30pm.
Please collect your items within 7 days or let us know if there is a delay.
